Manufacturing
One integrated chain, from tooling to packed sets
Because the whole chain sits inside our own plant, we control material, tolerance and finish at every step — and we can move a new profile-matched part from drawing to sample without handing it between suppliers.
Stamping
Progressive stamping of steel and stainless components — the load-bearing parts of locks, hinges and stays.
Die casting
Zinc-alloy and aluminium die casting for handles, gearboxes, strikers and cover parts with consistent wall sections.
Injection moulding
Engineering-plastic components for handles, rollers, guide blocks and non-metallic fittings.
Surface finishing
Spraying, zinc plating and chrome plating to match the finish specification and corrosion requirement of the market.
Assembly & inspection
Sub-assembly and kitting into complete sets, with inspection before packing. Products are tested by national quality supervision bodies.
