Six production stages, one plant

Design and mould development, stamping, die casting, injection moulding, surface finishing and assembly are all carried out in-house across a 10,800 m² manufacturing base in Rui'an, Wenzhou. Keeping the chain together is what lets us hold a tolerance from the first sample to the tenth repeat order.

Process chain

How a part moves through the factory

Each stage feeds the next without leaving the plant, so changes to a profile, a finish or a locking configuration do not have to be negotiated between outside suppliers.

Design & mould development

Product design and tooling development in-house. New hardware is matched to the customer's profile system, groove geometry and backset, and tooling is kept for repeat production rather than re-sourced.

Stamping

Progressive stamping of steel and stainless steel components — the load-bearing parts of locks, hinges, stays and drive rods, where material grade and thickness determine how the hardware behaves after thousands of cycles.

Die casting

Zinc-alloy and aluminium die casting for handles, gearboxes, strikers and cover components, produced with consistent wall sections and clean mating faces.

Injection moulding

Engineering-plastic parts — handles, rollers, guide blocks and non-metallic fittings — moulded in-house to complement the metal components.

Surface finishing

Spraying, zinc plating and chrome plating, selected against the finish specification and the corrosion requirement of the destination market.

Assembly & inspection

Sub-assembly and kitting into complete sets — gearbox, drive rods, corner drives, strikers, handles and hinges packed together — with inspection before packing. Products are tested by national quality supervision authorities.

Materials & finishes

Built from the materials the application actually needs

Hardware for a window is chosen by what it has to survive: sash weight, opening frequency, humidity, coastal air and the finish the market expects. We work in the base materials and finishes that cover those cases, and match the specification to the system rather than to a single default.

Base materials

  • Steel and stainless steel
  • Zinc alloy
  • Aluminium alloy
  • Engineering plastics

Surface finishes

  • Spray coating
  • Zinc plating
  • Chrome plating
  • Finish matched to the market and system
Quality

Quality management, from incoming material to packed set

The company operates an ISO 9001 quality management system, and products are tested by national quality supervision authorities. In practice that means material and finish are checked against specification, and hardware is inspected before it is kitted and packed — so a pallet arriving at your line is the same build as the approved sample.

Working with us

OEM and ODM, from drawing to repeat order

1 · Requirement

You send the window or door system, groove type, part list and target market.

2 · Proposal

We map the requirement to the matching series and confirm the components the set needs.

3 · Sample

Samples are produced against your system — in your design where an ODM programme applies.

4 · Series production

Approved parts go into series production with the tooling kept in-house for repeat orders.
